1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

4 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) juan325 Account. Opening or attempting to open more than one Account constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and valid contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if any details change.

4.1 KYC Verification

juan325 may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo ID (passport, UMID, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, or PhilSys National ID).
• Proof of current residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate).
• Source of funds documentation where required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. juan325 reserves the right to suspend a Player's Account pending the outcome of a KYC review.

4.2 Account Currency

All juan325 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are transacted in PHP.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your juan325 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your Account, or transfer your Account to another individual.

7 Withdrawals

• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied prior to withdrawal of funds originating from a bonus award.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

juan325 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are governed by the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to these general bonus conditions:

9 Gaming Rules

13 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit juan325's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

14 Termination

juan325 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• A request by the Player to self-exclude.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting the juan325 support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
